Partnered Initiatives
Our team is dedicated to enhancing the leadership capabilities of young women in Indonesia and catalyzing the development of a new generation of leaders. We achieve this through a free leadership training program. Our primary focus is on young female high-school and university students interested in enhancing their leadership skills.Recognizing the importance of instilling foundational leadership skills as a precursor to pursuing leadership roles, our program covers essential skills such as public speaking, analytical thinking, and negotiation. We firmly believe that a passion for running for office is best fostered when individuals possess these fundamental leadership skills. Our operations currently span four provinces in Indonesia: Jakarta, West Java, Central Sulawesi (Poso), and Maluku (Ambon). Since our inception in 2017, we have successfully trained over 200 participants nationwide.
